Clients often have concerns about risks when it comes to buying property. That’s why we’ve developed a proprietary methodology (R.A.M.) to help our members assess their clients’ risk appetites, make informed decisions and tackle their objections.
Thanks to this method, most of our agents are able to close more deals in their first year after joining JLD. (In fact, this same method has also allowed Jasmine to consistently hit at least $300K in personal sales every year for the last 14 years!)
