Over the years, one thing has become crystal clear: when candidates truly understand the concepts, they stay calm and perform at their best when it matters most.
That’s exactly where my role comes in.
With over 30 years in real estate, I began my journey in 1995 and was among the first batch of agents to join PropNex when the company was founded. Today, I remain one of its longest-standing salespersons and team leaders — guiding a team of nearly 500 agents.
Many candidates enter the RES exam feeling anxious and uncertain. That’s completely normal. What I’ve seen, time and again, is that understanding the material — not just memorising it — is what keeps candidates composed and confident.
My goal is simple:
To ensure you never feel alone on this journey. With the right guidance, structure, and clarity, the exam becomes far less daunting — and passing becomes genuinely achievable.
